I ran into the same issue with the above review. I placed an order Weeks ago. Received the initial order email nothing further. I have emailed this company I have sent a message on Instagram And on her webpage, she lists the phone number you can text. I’ve texted that number and no response. So unprofessional!!!!! They have time to delete the negative reviews but don’t have time to respond back to an email

Honestly speaking this was 10/10 for me. The product was better unexpected. I got 2 panties and my man LOVED them. The customer service? 10/10. I paid through Zelle and did regular shipping my order came 3 days earlier than expected delivery. I cannot wait to buy more from here ! (if you’re worried it’s a scam I can tell you it’s not,)
